Our Fitness Institute Coordinator can answer questions regarding forms to be completed, preparations, insurance and payment options. An exam date can be scheduled at your convenience. We schedule appointments as early as 7am and as late as 12:30pm.
Executive Physicals
Our 3 hour unique program allows you to conveniently have your evaluation process at the same location. An experienced Exercise Physiologist will escort you throughout the entire process and will explain in detail all procedures done and their outcomes.
In addition to the tests performed, you will receive a complete physical exam conducted by our Fitness Physician, and a fitness consultation by our Exercise Physiologist.
Approximately two weeks after your evaluation, we will send you a Comprehensive Written Summary Report, which includes your tests results and recommendations.
Our program is offered to anyone who wishes to evaluate and improve their physical condition and fitness level.
Our Health and Fitness Evaluation Program is also available to eligible executives of a variety of companies. You can check with our coordinator if your company is providing this program to executives.
